    Stephanie Koster

    Stephanie Koster brings extensive experience in domestic and international strategy, finance, and operations focused on technology, innovation and high growth companies. In addition to her role with The Gram Group, she currently sits on four Boards: The National Test Pilot School, Hypersciences Inc, Pipeline2Space Inc, and Nebula Compute, Inc.

    In 2011, she was recruited to be CFO / Director and Treasurer of Blue Origin, LLC and its affiliates for Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. For 7 years, Ms. Koster headed up all business operations: Program Management, Supplier Management, IT and Cybersecurity, Enterprise Systems and Tools, Risk & Insurance, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and Tax for the consolidated companies. In this role, Ms. Koster was also responsible for building scalable enterprise-wide processes, systems and tools, and multi-site business operations to drive company growth.

    Prior to Blue Origin, Ms. Koster held senior leadership positions at The Boeing Company in International Business Strategy, Corporate Development/M&A, Global Venture Capital, and Technology Planning and Acquisition. She worked with corporate and subsidiary technology leadership teams to develop international market strategies and business models for next-generation satellite communication and situation awareness technologies, as well as strategies to productize leading edge technologies for global industrial and government markets – extensively in Asian Pacific, European, US DoD, and emerging markets. 

    Other work includes executive roles at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Vector Launch/DIP financing and Galactic Sky patent portfolio sale to Lockheed Martin, Board member of the Association of Washington Business, Treasurer of the Blue Origin Political Action Committee, founding Advisory Board Member of a $3B+ investment/merchant banking firm, adjunct University professor, and Deloitte audit & assurance. Ms. Koster holds an MBA from the University of Washington, a BA in Economics & Accounting from Calvin University, a CPA license and US DoD Secret Clearance.
