    Terry Jester

    Theresa L. (Terry) Jester is one of the world’s longest tenured solar engineering and operations executives. Terry has been successful as an engineer, go-to-market executive, CEO and has raised nearly $1B in debt and equity for early stage companies after growing up in large companies like ARCO, Siemens and Shell. Ms. Jester has been focused on solar PV for the last 40+ years.  She is Managing Director of North American operations for PI Berlin, a leading risk management and quality assurance service provider for solar power plant equipment. 

    Terry has served as an immensely impactful and instrumental figure within the solar energy and broader renewable energy industries on the global stage.  She has server in executive positions with numerous companies as well as representing shareholders with her Board responsibilities. 

    Terry was awarded the 2015 Women in Solar Energy Award from the American Solar Energy Society (ASES) and the Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum at Davos that same year for work in sustainable production of silicon materials.

    Terry completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Northridge. This educational foundation enabled her to pursue innovative engineering contributions as evidenced by her being awarded three patents relating to her field.
